POLK COUNTY, Texas – An arrest warrant is revealing what happened before a 25-year-old mother of five was killed, allegedly by her boyfriend in Polk County.

Muldoon’s body was found in a wooded area off US 59 just north of Livingston Monday.

According to the warrant, Wright’s mother went to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday and told authorities that Muldoon and Wright had gotten into a fight, possibly physical, and said she had not seen or heard from Jasmine and was worried something had happened to her.

The warrant said the woman, while she was at the sheriff’s office, received a Facetime call from Wright. The conversation was overheard by a 911 dispatcher.

“Momma, where you at?” Wright allegedly said over the phone.

“Son, I told you where I was at,” Wright’s mother responded.

Wright allegedly then responded with profane language and said “your not gonna give me time to do the right thing,” before he hung up the phone.

The warrant said authorities began searching for both Muldoon and Wright at different locations. Wright had also allegedly made threats of suicide.

The warrant says law enforcement went to Muldoon and Wright’s home and got no answer. Authorities, fearing for the safety of both individuals, entered the home and found blood in the master bedroom on items near the floor. A search warrant was then obtained and the home was processed for evidence.

The next day, the warrant said authorities conducted a forensic interview with one of Muldoon’s children. The child allegedly told them Muldoon and Wright had a fight and that Wright wanted to kill Muldoon. The child said he saw Wright in the home crying, holding a black and silver knife. Muldoon was on the floor and the child said Wright said to Muldoon, “If you can hear me bite my arm.”

On the same day, the warrant says authorities found Muldoon’s body in a gully in the woods approximately .02 miles from the home. The warrant says the body was wrapped in a bed sheet and had been covered by tree limbs.
